Queensland recruitment campaign / 2019

In 2019, Aurecon launched a dynamic web-based recruitment campaign in Queensland, with the aim of attracting top talent to the ‘Sunshine State’ to contribute to the company’s larger-scale projects.

The campaign’s core message focused on the work and life balance appeal of Queensland. By showcasing the region’s lifestyle benefits alongside professional opportunities, the campaign showed Queensland as an attractive destination for both career growth and personal well-being.

A series of vibrant, illustrated visuals was developed as part of the campaign, for use across social media and web platforms. These designs brought the key message to life, capturing the essence of Queensland as a fantastic place to work and live.
